Know what to expect.

Do I need mold testing?+

Not every inspection requires sampling. We first evaluate the property and explain when air or surface testing may provide useful information.

What is included in an inspection?+

Your inspection may include a visual evaluation, thermal scanning, moisture readings, humidity measurements, photo documentation, and a professional report. Sampling is available when appropriate.

Can you find moisture behind a wall?+

Thermal imaging and moisture meters can identify patterns and elevated readings that deserve closer investigation. No tool can see mold through a wall, so invasive testing is used only when appropriate and authorized.

Who analyzes the mold samples?+

Samples are submitted to an independent third-party laboratory for professional analysis. The laboratory results are included with your report.

Do you provide repair recommendations?+

Yes. When concerns are documented, the report includes practical recommendations and suggested next steps based on the observed conditions and available test results.

Let’s take a closer look.
